Terms and Conditions

1) Binding Contract
1(1) Our cleaning services may be ordered by telephone, e-mail, and in doing so you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our acceptance of your booking brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
 
(2) End Of Lease, Spring Clean, Bond Clean
(2.1) A minimum of 3 hours per any of the once off cleaning visit applies.
(2.2) Any estimate of how long it will take our cleaners to do the job is being provided by us it is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home of similar size. It is difficult to estimate precisely how long such the job may take and a degree of flexibility may be required. You are advised that a one-off spring or moving in or out,end of lease ,after party clean may take double the length of time required for regular domestic clean.
(2.3) Any of the above Cleaning services does not include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, or professional outside window cleaning. Fridges and Freezers must be thoroughly defrosted before cleaning can start. Kitchen cupboards must be emptied before cleaning can start
(2.4) Ovens must be in a condition that will enable thorough cleaning with standard professional chemical products. We will do our best to make sure your electrical appliances, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned for some time we won't be held liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be cleaned using standard professional cleaning materials.
(2.5) It is always essential you are present at any of the once off cleaning services to ensure that you are happy, point out areas you want specifically cleaned.
(2.6) We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies. The quotation is based on a thorough assessment of the work to be done. While every effort is made to estimate the work as accurately as possible, it is sometimes necessary to include an additional sum in the final account for labour and materials, which could not be foreseen at the estimation stage. These items will always be discussed with you at the earliest opportunity.
(2.7)We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies. You agree to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with us. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If you do not have cleaning materials and ask us to supply our own, then a $50 fees charge will be charged.
(2.8) If our cleaners need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where the work is to be carried out then a $15 charge may apply.
(2.9) You may cancel any of the services you booked by giving us at least 24 hours advanced notice. You agree to pay a $20.00 cancellation fee per visit if you cancel any of the services you booked less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
(2.99) You agree to pay the full price of any of the services you booked in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with your keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.

(11)Third party rights (11.1) Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
